Unfortunately, at present Zala Collections does not offer any exchanges, cancellations or refunds on any items unless you receive a damaged or faulty item, in which case we should be notified within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Any items claimed damaged will be inspected before and exchange is given.

The item/items must be returned in original packaging unworn.

Any refunds issued will be for the purchase price of the returned item(s), including any applicable taxes. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Therefore customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Zala Collection is not responsible for any missing or lost parcel. However, proof of delivery can be requested in the event of an undelivered parcel. If parcel is lost and undelivered you can claim your money back through Royal Mail.
